If there are any issues with your items within the first 30 days of your purchase, we guarantee you a full refund upon return of the item. Please hold on to the original packaging for the first month (box & materials) in the case that you have to do a return.
Items covered under return policy in which WE cover the return shipping costs:
- Items damaged in transit
- Parts that are not functional or are damaged
Items covered under return policy in which buyer is responsible for return shipping:
- Accidental purchases (purchasing wrong HP pump or wrong kW heater)
- Regretting a purchase after the fact (found better price elsewhere or can't install item)
Items must be in transit back to us within 30 days to qualify for refund. Picture proof is a MUST in every situation.
Items NOT covered for refund or return:
- Item damaged by the buyer due to incorrect installation or wrong wiring. (if return is attempted and there are burn marks on the board that didn't exist from the original listing, you will NOT get a refund)
- Items modified by the buyer to fit their hot tub specifications (rewiring, soldering, cutting, or parts removed), and then no longer want it or realize after the fact they bought the wrong item. Item must be in original condition for me to accept a return.
If you find your item has an issue AFTER the 30 days have elapsed, please provide me with proof and I'll still work with you. As long as you provide proof you recently installed it and that its not working due to something on my end then I'll most likely do returns/refunds.
If you received your parts and they are functional but there is something else wrong with them but you do not want to return the item, such as (for example): a fully functional heater but the pressure switch isn't working... please contact me through direct message and provide picture proof and I'll compensate you for the problem. I'll either send you a partial refund or will send you the appropriate item to fix the issue.
Our policy is that no matter what the issue is, there is always a way to remedy the situation. Whether it be a return & refund or shipping out parts to fix a problem with the initial purchase - the issue can always be resolved.
