We are available Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm (except bank holidays). We will endeavour to answer your query within 48 hours of these times. Payment & Delivery

We only accept PayPal as a payment method to enable us to follow eBay's buyer and seller's protection policy. We ask that payment is made within 7 days from the end of the listing via PayPal and will only ship to your registered PayPal address, please check your address before making payment. We will dispatch items within 48 hours of receiving full and cleared payment. 

Returns

If you are unhappy with your item then please return this within 30 days of purchase. We will be happy to offer a full refund if there is no damage to the item when we receive it back The item will need to be returned in an unworn/unused condition. We do not offer exchanges, and will not refund until the item has been returned back to our business.
