Aqualogis water filter filters chlorine, copper, lead, pesticides and lime scale from the water and ensures cleaner and better tasting water. It protects the machine and prolongs its durability. The ALTES46 compatible water filter has an organic composition.

Aqualogis AL-TES46 filter cartridges are UV sterilised, conform to the highest quality standards.                

Certified as food grade quality.

Replacement Instruction:

1. Remove the filter from its packing.

2. To activate the filter, run tap water into the filter hole until water comes out from the side openings for more than a minute and gently shake it.

3. Remove the tank from the coffee machine and fill it with water. Insert the filter into the water tank and fully immerse it upside down for about 30 seconds, so that air bubbles can come out. Lightly press the filter (if possible) when immersed the water to expel the air contained in the filter.

4. Insert the filter into its housing and push (or screw it) down to the bottom.

5. Put the tank back into the machine. Remember: When the filter is installed, its presence must be signaled to the appliance. For the correct procedure, consult your machine’s instruction. Important: The filter is effective only for 50 liters or 2 months.

Before descaling, take the filter out of the water tank.

To activate the filter and ensure correct function, rinse the filter before and after inserting it.

If the appliance is always operated with an inserted filter, descale the appliance once or twice a year, even if the descaling message is not displayed.

Replace the cartridge regularly every 50 litres (400 cups) or 2 months.
