This is a great  It's a Small World pin cushion from Disneyland. This was purchased at Disneyland's It's a Small World in the 1960s.

The pin cushion measures about 3 inches tall. It is made of wood plus the pin cushion part on the head. The Yellow Part on the head is where you put the pins. There's also a little place in the belly part where you could either put some thread or possibly a thimble

The pin cushion has two other small wooden figures that come with it I don't know the exact reason for these.
