We do NOT accept returns on items out of their original packaging, multiple piece items that are unsealed, certified coins, discounted or sale items, bullion pieces, or items damaged after they were shipped.

Addendum to "return policy": We do not accept returns on pieces wherein we have specifically said to you that a piece is nonreturnable in a message to you before your purchase. Certified items are NOT returnable. Orders can only be cancelled prior to our purchasing a shipping label. While we do not charge a restocking fee, cancellations and returns (except for items of dubious manufacture or where we sent you the wrong item) will be charged for the shipping label.
