This is a very cute plastic Star Wars Darth Vader candy dispenser from Galerie, 2013. He is about 5" tall is  wearing a red Santa hat. The tags are intact however the batteries are non replaceable, and due to age they no longer work. There is no sound or ability to dispense candy.  The unused bag of candy is still unused in his head. He is still a great stocking stuffer or gift for a Star Wars fan.
