Vintage wooden castanets featuring a matador and bull painted on. You will receive 2 pairs of castanets (4 wooden pieces total). Each pair is held together with a red & yellow twisted cord. There is a piece of twine that ties the cords together so they can be displayed on the wall, for example, but it can easily be cut & removed. The round part of the castanets measures 2” in diameter with each castanet measuring 3” in height. They are all in very good condition with some minor surface wear. The painted surface is covered with a clear shellac while the interior surface is unfinished wood.
