Echinocereus viereckii for sale here. Plant is in 4 inch pot with a clumping stem that is over an inch at the base and a 4-5 inch high. E. viereckii is a very attractive dwarf species clustering heavily from the base when mature. Heavy bloomer, it starts producing flowers when still very young. Stem usually erect, cylindrical almost completely expose without spines, up to 5 inch tall and only 2 inch in diameter. Flowers are large, narrow funnel-shaped, up to 1 1/2 inch long and in diameter, deep pink to purple. Originally from Monterey, as well as in the state of Nuevo León, Mexico.
