This is a pair of 16 channels Optical Fiber Media Converter, it is 16CH Video+1CH RS485 reverse data signal transmission. It is with FC connector for the fiber transmission . It works with Single Mode cable or  Multi Mode cable (Optional), the transmission distance up to 20KM for Single Mode and 2km for Multi Mode.
