Smart Watch is Like new and will work as so. No charger included...just the watch. It uses the 4-Pin usb charger. This also need gps sim card which you get separately. The new ones you might see for sale do not include sim as well. Since it is missing the charger selling this item with no returns and and low priced as it can be. i will make sure its charged before I send. These work with the Setracker App.
