Super rare this only 1 on ebay this was a exculsive game edition wey back in 1999  ( pocket monsters wotc era) super hard to come by this 

Exculsive game art guide book which needs 3 special stamps to complete this gold silver version is somthing you do not see everyday in such conditions also.
