Dedicated to the historic-architectural masterpiece of the XVIII century, one of the most beautiful castles of Ukraine in the Renaissance style. Pidhirtsi castle - a three-story palace with office space that formed a square yard, a terrace with balustrades and sculptures, open arcades-galleries - a rare combination of palaces and defensive structures that are not inferior to the French Versailles. This architectural monument is located in the village of Pidhirtsi, Brodivsky district, Lviv region.



On the obverse of the coin there is the inscription UKRAINE above which is the Small State Emblem of Ukraine; Under the denomination of -10 / ГРИВЕНЬ, in the center there is a stylized Baroque cartoon depicting a castle plan. The logo of the Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine is placed on the left side of the German silver coin.

The reverse of the coin depicts the Pidhirtsi castle, in the foreground of the horsemen, on the mirror background there are inscriptions - PIDHORETSKY CASTLE (above the semicircle), XVII century. (down).
