HOW THIS WORKS
1. Purchase our service
2. After purchase you will receive our address and instructions via eBay messages.
3. Remove the trim around the ACM and unscrew the 4 7mm screws around the ACM,
pull the ACM out of the dash and disconnect the connectors.
4. Send us your ACM(at your expense) with a note in the box describing your issues.
5. We do all of the work within 24 hours of arrival.We will mail it back to you using selected method at checkout. You will receive a tracking number. We pay for the shipping to you only, you have to send it to us at your expense)

- This sale is for a repair service, not a part. We do not have any parts for sale.
- You are responsible for packaging your part securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- The CD player portion of the ACM is delicate and can get damaged in shipping; we are not responsible for any damages to it.
- In rare cases where we cannot repair the unit, we can help you find a compatible replacement (at your expense) or provide a refund minus shipping.

Warranty Info:
All of our radio services come with a limited lifetime warranty (unless otherwise stated in the description), covering the work done to your unit. Domestic shipping will be covered both ways for the first 3 months after receiving your radio, after which you will be responsible for shipping costs to us. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for international warranty claims.
