Terms and Conditions
We are a VAT registered Company & VAT is already added. We will enclose a VAT receipt with all sales.
For all customers outside the EC, VAT will be deducted either prior to payment or refunded after payment received.
SHIPPING- We always endevour to deliver your items as quickly as possible. The majority of items are dispatched the same day if ordered before 3pm and can be expected to be received within a couple of working days.
LATE/MISSING PARCEL - Please allow 15 working days from delivery before reporting non-arrival, Royal Mail will not accept responsibility before then. Please also check local sorting office, and neighbours before coming back to us, often items are tracked this way.
If returned to us as NOT KNOWN, or NOT CALLED FOR, we will only re-ship when further postage has been paid
REFUND & RETURN POLICY - We will replace or refund faulty goods returned to us with appropriate proof of purchase. You must contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date. If the fault has occurred after this 30 day period, but within 6 months, then we will be happy to offer you a replacement. You must arrange the return delivery yourself and we cannot reimburse and return postage charges of any faulty items over 30 day policy. If you receive an item in error, please do not open or use the product and we will happily replace it for the product you require. Please return it & we will cover the postal costs incurred. Non wanted items returned must be unused and in their original packaging. You must arrange the return delivery yourself. Where free delivery has been given, we will deduct the actual cost of delivery to you which, depending on weight and service used may cost more than the standard rates we charge.
