Please note I live in Canada and that is where this item was purchased.
There is minor damage to one of the corners of the cardboard but that
does not affect the steelbook case or other contents. Also note the
cellophane seal is slit at one point.
As this is from Canada there is some French language on the box as
required by our Government however this is official Microsoft genuine
product and the game does not differ from the USA version.

is brand new and has never been opened or used.
