PAYMENT:

Subject to prior agreement, all items must be paid for within two days of purchase. Where an item includes postage as an option but you wish to collect in person, please notify us before making payment, and we will send you an invoice with the postage costs removed.   

COLLECTION: 

Subject to prior agreement, all items must be collected within 14 days of purchase.  Please contact us after you have made your purchase to arrange a time to collect your item from where we are based in Bala. Items listed as “Collection only” come without packaging or protection. We therefore recommend you make provision for this when collecting your item.

THIRD PARTY COURIERS:

If you are arranging your own courier, as the item is “collection only” they will be responsible for any packaging and / or protection for transportation.  Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for any damages and / or losses that may occur in transit. Once your item is handed over to your courier, it becomes your responsibility. Therefore, you may wish to check if they provide any insurance cover against damage / loss before booking. Please note that for the avoidance of doubt, third-party couriers do not include postal services such as Hermes, Parcel Force, DPD, UPS e.t.c.
