Condition: We got this from a former Hasbro employee. He had several thousand Prototypes in all. I'm not familiar with this product, but I can tell it's not the same as the finished store-bought toy. It appears to be spray-painted silver; the base color is white, either resin or plastic. Most likely a test shot or first shot. Our sixth picture shows this. The 5th and 6th picture shows the difference in the wheel design. It also doesn't have any Country or Origin information. Questions feel free to ask.
