Ellington's bag which I believe is a leg bag since it doesn't have straps. There is no evidence that this bag was designed with straps. Please see photo #4 which shows loops under the top flap. This is the only place I found that could be used to attach the pouch to your leg. The loops are about the size of a thick ball point pen so I'm assuming you would attach to leg with elastic strap. There is a main pouch area for cell phone, ect  and a front pocket for credit cards. All the snaps and zippers are in good working order. Overall dimensions of the pouch are 9" long x 7" wide. The leather has a few water spots but is in nice soft condition. From a non smoking estate.
