Good-(1.8) condition!I am not a professional grader, though
I have been collecting comic books for more than 50 years!I base estimations of condition on strict adherence to
definitions & grading scale criteria as detailed in Overstreet’s Comic Book
Price Guide.The overall look of this book is near Good.Cover has good color with some creases, scuffed areas, a tiny tear and some
faint staining.Cover is well attached at bottom staple but barely attached at top staple.
Centerfold is detached at bottom staple. Spine has heavy wear with a nearly 2”
spine-split from top, top staple tear, and a 1” spine-split from bottom. Pages
are off-white with tanning at top & bottom edges. Back cover has small bit of tape on it and two small missing pieces.
Spine-splits, scuffs and small missing pieces keep this book from higher grade
estimate. Please carefully examine all actual images of covers, corners, &
