This appears to be complete. It is a multi purpose model. It can be built as a stand alone Model, or can be made to fly powered by a rubber band, or even gas powered for free flight or by U-control. 

There is a large rubber band in the box, I do not know if this is original, but it is broken. I imagine that the ends could be fastened together and still be used for this application. 

This is a great project for any model enthusiast.
