This is a brand-new (in its original packaging) keychain that was only available at the 1997 MLB All-Star Game Fanfest that was held in Cleveland, OH at the Convention Center. It features the Fanfest logo on the front with the dates of the event (July 4th through 8th) on the bottom. The front also includes the sponsor's name, Pinnacle, as in Score Pinnacle, the now-defunct sports card manufacturer.
The back of the keychain has the official MLB logo and the engraving "MVP" as I believe this keychain was only available to certain attendees who paid for the "MVP" ticket package.
