"Sect. 4.  The President, Vice-President, and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office, on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors."

Original 1787 complete volume, beautifully bound with a handsome and substantial  leather spine over marbled boards. Part II, June through December plus the supplement at rear, with the very early printing of the Constitution in November/December. Benjamin Franklin on chess, George Washington, and a great deal more. Pages clean within, trimmed at times quite close at top edge with minimal loss to some page titling. A lovely copy of this rare historic volume. Please see the many photos.
