Incredible craftsmanship.
In this set there are gorgeous hand painted floral details, beautiful intricate gold gilt designs on outer burgundy background annd white center. All lined in gilt edges. Also note the different floral designs per plate.

They are vintage assuming early to mid 19th century - year is unknown.
