We don’t have any control over shipping with anyone.  We appreciate your patience, but if you have not received a package in the time stated above, please contact us through an eBay message. We will try our best to solve the problem for you. It is rare, but sometimes packages take longer than eBay shipping says.

If you do not respond to questions before shipping within three days, we reserve the right to cancel the order with the reason the “buyer’s requested cancellation.”

1 If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and can't leave Five Star positive feedback, please contact us at once so we can ensure you are 100 percent satisfied. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

3  Returns are accepted only if items are not as described. We do not have a try-before-you-buy program. You cannot return an item because you made a mistake or changed your mind. You must contact us first to obtain an RMA before sending anything back. Call us during regular business hours only
4  Please understand that we try and ship the same or the next business day as payment was received. We always ship within 24 business hours. We never ship on Saturday or Sunday
5  Only items listed in the description will be included, don't assume anything; please ask questions. If it is not listed or pictured, it is not included. If something is not clear or you are unsure, Use eBay messaging to clear things up before you place your bid.
6  Because of our schedule, we do not have “local pick up”. We may make exceptions for items that are hard to ship or high in dollar value.   
7  This auction can be ended early, at any time, if the Item is sold before the auction ends. We also reserve the right to end early and sell to the highest bidder.
8  Payment is due within 72 Hours of the auction end. If this is a problem, contact us first before you place your bid. We ship fast; we expect our bidders to pay fast.
9  We do not ship outside of the USA. We just can’t do it. No exceptions
10  We will only ship to your registered Paypal/eBay address.

Please be aware that our free shipping policy applies only to the continental United States for larger items.  Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Territories will need to contact us prior to purchase to obtain a shipping quote.
