DESCRIPTION:

WE FINALLY FOUND A WAY TO MAKE A VIRAGO LOOK BETTER.

The 1982 Virago 750 has a lot going for it.

Take its sleek, V-twin engine, for example.

Yamaha technology has refined the V-twin into an almost perfect combination of narrowness, efficiency, reliability and power. The kind of relaxed locomotive power that only a classic V-twin can give you.

As even a casual glance at the Virago will tell you, that engine is far from everything.

There’s the adjustable Monoshock rear suspension. Smooth shaft-drive. Rigid, lightweight monocoque frame.

And, of course, looks. Looks that are as radical a departure from the ordinary as the rest of the bike. Beautifully simple. Simply beautiful.

In fact, the Virago 750 has so much going for it, a lot of people have said we shouldn’t change a thing.

So, naturally, we changed something.

We lowered the price. (Along with a lot of other prices on a lot of other Yamahas.)

Which means, that for a limited time, there is something more attractive than a Virago 750.

Its price tag. $2979*
