Store operation hours are 11am-7pm EST

By placing a bid and/or wins an auction, or otherwise purchases product from darkside_onthe_watchtower, the buyer(whosoever agrees to purchase the product in question) consents to the following:

-The Buyer is willing to accept the product as shown in the listing.

-The Seller(darkside_onthe_watchtower) agrees that the product in question retained its listed condition up until possession is transferred to the shipper(the party responsible for transporting the product). 

-If there is any damage that the product sustained between the sale and when the buyer receives the product, the buyer agrees to hold the shipper responsible for said damage. 

-The Buyer agrees that all sales conducted with the Seller are final, i.e. no returns, exchanges, or refunds, and any exception to this clause is left up to the discretion of the Seller.

-Should any dispute arise, the Buyer agrees to attempt resolving the dispute with the seller before opening a case with Ebay, or any third party.

-The Buyer agrees they have read the description and this full agreement in its entirety.
