July 21, 1862 Cr.17 $1 Virginia Treasury note from Richmond, VA.

This note features a Vignette of a milkmaid seated on a log under the arched title. On the lower left is a portrait of Governor Letcher. "1" dies are printed at the upper corners in red as well as a "ONE" protector printed in red at the bottom.
