WWII Japanese Army Lieutenant Colonel Dress Kepi. Wool construction with gold stitching and cap badge. Gold stitched star on top of cap. Leather visor and chinstrap. "Murakami" embossed on the interior of cap.

Condition: Good. Light to moderate wear. Leather sweatband is partially unstitched.

Not sure if you know that the USPS got rid of 1st Class shipping and replaced it the new G-Shipping format.

Since then the quality of their service has significantly deteriorated with delivery taking 12 to 21 days (and they keep raising their prices too). This includes packages with tracking numbers or stamped envelopes.
