There was a series of these that were made by the road. The highest number is 12 that I have. All the numbers I have are all currently listed.
I have never seen these before, must be rather scarce
Has a number five written on the front cover and some light soiling/handling on covers, vertical crease that runs the length of the menu in the middle, inside nice with some light toning..
