For auction is a size "20W" woman's pair of new with tags LAUREN RALPH LAUREN COTTON STRETCH BELTED CROPPED TAN PANTS with a retail price of $145.00 as shown on the attached tag. These pants were purchased by me new from a Dillard's department store in Houston Texas and they have been in a smoke free home since the purchase.  They have a standard four pocket styling (2 front side angle and two back), a zip fly with a two button close, and belt loops around the waist.  An inside label indicates that the is material is 97% cotton and 3% elastane. They are machine washable cold. 



 All measurements were taken with the pants laying flat and not stretched

THE WAIST IS APPROXIMATELY 22 1/2 INCHES ACROSS OUTSIDE TO OUTSIDE
THE HIP MEASUREMENT IS APPROXIMATELY 27 1/2 INCHES ACROSS

THE INSEAM IS APPROXIMATELY 23 INCHES TO THE BOTTOM OF THE LEGS
