Rudraksh Mala Beads Grade A 108 Necklace Bracelet Meditation Prayer 5mm Reiki

Rosary/ Prayer/ Mala Beads are the perfect aid for yoga, meditation, daily prayers, mantra chanting, healing and relaxation.  The movement and counting of the mala beads supports a state of peace and calm.  This mindful act helps alleviate stress and anxiety and helps the mind regroup to enable evolution towards a better self.  The Buddhist tradition counts the beads at 108, signifying the mortal desires of mankind.  It is believed that 1 stands for God or higher truth, 0 for completeness in spiritual practice, and 8 for infinity or eternity.
Rudraksha refers to the dried stones or seeds of the genus Elaeocarpus specifically, Elaeocarpus ganitrus. These stones serve as prayer beads for Hindus (especially Shaivas), Buddhists and Sikhs. When they are ripe, rudraksha stones are covered by an inedible blue outer fruit so they are sometimes called "blueberry beads

The stones are associated with the Hindu deity Shiva and are commonly worn for protection and for chanting mantras such as Om Namah Shivaya (Sanskrit: ॐ नमः शिवाय; Om Namaḥ Śivāya). They are primarily sourced from India, Indonesia, and Nepal for jewellery and malas (garlands) and valued similarly to semi-precious stones. Rudraksha can have up to fourteen "faces" (Sanskrit: मुख, romanized: mukha, lit. 'face') or locules - naturally ingrained longitudinal lines which divide the stone into segments. Each face represents a particular deity
