Old English Pine School Table

With makers name and G R crown Beautiful Old English School table

Has makers name and G R crown stamped on both sides ; King George circa 1930 )

In original paint - over waxed with great worn patina

X2 large central drawers , with original Brass cup pull handles .

Lovely turned legs

3 plank top which has been waxed with two coats ( we have use old Victorian pine timber to replace the planks during the restoration process )

As this is a Antique piece  the usual marks, splits, and stains /  knocks are present commensurate with age and use original worn patina please study the pics.If you are looking for a modern, uniform piece of furniture then perhaps this table is not for you, but please feel free to come and view before you bid!

Every item we sell is usually Vintage or Victorian and therefore has a certain amount of age to it. This means that every item has a tale to tell- you can see it and sometimes even smell it! There can be knocks, marks, imperfections and splits to the wood commensurate with age and use. Signs of old woodworm holes and tracking are possible. Metal work may well have sharp edges. We think this just adds to the rustic charm and unique individuality of each piece but we just want you to be aware of what you are buying before deciding to bid.
