Venetian edition of 1569 and 1581 of a part of Corpus Iuris Civilis. We have the three tomes of Pandette (different editions) and the first tome of Constitutiones.

Two folded plates of egenalogical tree in the first tome (Arbor Iurisdictionum, Arbor Servitutum (restaurations and lackings)) . 

The work is divided as it follows: the first and third tome is the edition of 1575 (Venezia, Francesco de franceschi, Gaspare Bindoni il Vecchio, Eredi di Niccolò Bevilacqua, Damiano Zenaro) of Digesta. The title page of third tome lacks. The second tome is the edition of 1581 of Digesto (Venezia, Pietro Dehuchino). 

We only have the first tome of Constitutiones (Venezia, Pietro Dehuchino 1581, uncomplete: first tome only containing the first 9 tomes)).

Comment by Francesco Accursio (Bagnolo 1185- Bologna 1263) juresconsult, notes and teacher of right near the Studio di Bologna e Antonio Persio (1542-1612).

 In good conditions.

Half leather cover with gilted title in the spine in good conditions lightly worn in the extremities. Binding in good conditions. Inside pages are in good conditions with occasional foxing. Marbled edges.First tome: reinforcement in the edges in the first six pages, in pag. 671 with light loss of text. Second tome: reinforcement in the title page, Sign of burning in the upper right corner of pp. from 1381  to the end with relating loss of numbers of pages. Constitutiones: reinforcment in the edges of the first 8 pages, pag. 1477, last page of index and register (that has been bound in the end of initial index). In 4. Dim. 24x17,5 cm. Pp. (176)+1509, (62)+1387, (84)+1326, (54)+1486.

Edizione veneziana del 1569 e del 1581 di una parte del Corpus Iuris Civilis. Siamo in possesso dei tre tomi delle Pandette (edizioni diverse) e del primo tomo delle Constitutiones.

Due tavole ripiegate dell'albero genealogico al tomo primo (Arbor Iurisdictionum, Arbor Servitutum (restauri e mancanze)) . 

L'opera è cosi composta: Il tomo primo e terzo è l'edizione del 1575 (Venezia, Francesco de franceschi, Gaspare Bindoni il Vecchio, Eredi di Niccolò Bevilacqua, Damiano Zenaro) dei Digesta. Risulta mancante il frontespizio del tomo terzo. Il tomo secondo è l'edizione del 1581 del Digesto (Venezia, Pietro Dehuchino). 

Siamo inoltre in posesso delle Constitutiones (Venezia, Pietro Dehuchino 1581, incompleto: primo tomo solamente contenente i primi nove libri)).

Commento a cura di Francesco Accursio (Bagnolo 1185- Bologna 1263) giuresconsulto, glossatore e professore di diritto presso lo Studio di Bologna e Antonio Persio (1542-1612).

 In buone condizioni.

Copertina in mezza pelle con titolo in oro al dorso in buone condizioni con lievi usure marginali. Legatura in buone condizioni. Pagine in buone condizioni generali con rare fioriture. Tomo primo: rinforzo marginale alle prime sei carte, a pag. 671 con leggera perdita di testo. Tomo secondo: rinforzo al frontespizio, Segno di bruciatura all'angolo superiore destro delle pp. dalla 1381 alla fine con relativa perdita dei numeri di pagina. Constitutiones: rinforzo al margine delle prime 8 carte, pag. 1477, ultima carta di indice e registro (che è stato legato alla fine dell'indice iniziale). In 4. Dim. 24x17,5 cm. Pp. (176)+1509, (62)+1387, (84)+1326, (54)+1486.
