*Kaga Umebachi-mon is the family crest of the Maeda clan of the Kaga domain, featuring five petals of the plum blossom with a sword placed as a stamen between the petals.

Takashi Kitamura was selected for the 27th Japan Fine Art Exhibition, receiving the Grand Prize in the 1995 edition of the same exhibition. Certified as a Traditional Craftsman in 1997. Actively engaged as a judge in various art exhibitions, with numerous other awards and recognitions to their credit.

Since 2005, Takashi have received numerous awards, including the Prime Minister's Award in 2007 and the Foreign Minister's Award in 2012.
