This is ELVIS PRESLEY Elvis is Back ORIGINAL MONO LP COVER ONLY.  Does NOT include the record.  The cover has some edge/corner/shelf wear with small tack pinhole on the middle of top cover, see pics.  Still, would make a nice decoration to hang on the wall or if someone need the cover for the record.
