This a vintage litho print of a mother with her daughter on her lap. They are wearing long, white nightgowns. It looks like they are sitting before a warm fireplace or candlelight. It's a peaceful painting in an Impressionistic style. I was unable to identify the artist and there are no markings.
This piece measures 6 1/4" x 8 1/8" including the frame. The print is under glass in textured gold matting, and the frame is gold painted wood. It is still very sturdy. There is a small nick on the top of the frame as shown in photo, and some minor wear on the frame's paint. There is no damage on the glass, matting or picture.
The frame does not have a picture hanger attached on the back. If not hung on a wall, it would look lovely tucked in a a book shelf. It displays beautifully!
