Instructions for use of potentiometer models:

The standard power distribution positioner directly regulates the speed without external control signals. It increases clockwise and decreases counterclockwise.

It is also suitable for external PLC 0-5 analog quantity control. Unplug the potentiometer cable, the external 0-5 analog quantity control signal and ground wire are respectively connected to the input signal terminal of the brushless driver board, as long as two wires are OK

Interface Description:

1. U V W phase line output is connected to the motor

2. VCC GND main power supply (external DC power supply)

ESC is specially developed and designed for industrial control electric tools such as air pumps, water pumps, oil pumps, fans, etc. that use DC three-phase brushless motors. The default is medium timing and long-time high-current operation. Jianyijia fan cooling does have overheat protection. The poor external heat dissipation conditions of the ESC will automatically reduce the power when the temperature exceeds 100 degrees, and the temperature will return to normal when it drops to 100 degrees.

Precautions:

1. There is no fuse in the power supply circuit on the motherboard. Jianyi has added it himself. Reverse connection of the positive and negative poles of the power supply will cause permanent damage to some of the chips on the board (even if it does not work for 1 second)

2. There is motor blocking protection during normal operation. Because the power and current of the module are large, please do not artificially short-circuit when the module is not working normally. Once the short-circuit may burn the line and the tube may burst, please use the small for the first wiring test. Current low voltage test, after ok, then pass high current and high voltage to work

3. Do not connect the motor that is obviously inconsistent with the drive module voltage, current, or power, to avoid inexplicable "nonsensical" damage


Note:
