After cleaning, sanitizing (if they are not new), and taking photos of eBay items, I securely box them up with adequate packaging materials to do my part ensuring the item arrives to you without damage.   I can't prevent everything, but I do my best to use adequate packing materials based on the fragility of the item.

The shipping price is precisely calculated, which means I enter the shipping box dimensions and weight, then eBay uses their own shipping cost calculator to give you the cost to ship from my zip code to yours.  That way you pay exactly what it will cost to ship. I try to ship the next day (after payment).
