The Certificate measure 8 ½ x 11”. 

This is not a Government Certificate, but a Commemorative Issue for military service. Grunts Rucksack / Doug’s Vintage Collectibles offers free printing on these certificates, but the buyer must send information via eBay message, and or by eBay note to note in the sales summary.

They are a way for the Veteran and their families to display the service and sacrifice, duty and honor to the Nation and her grateful citizens.
