Se cambiará o se reembolsará el importe, previa verificación por nuestra parte de que no se ha manipulado incorrectamente o se ha hecho un mal uso del producto.

Debido a la tipología de nuestros productos y tratarse de productos íntimos y no transferibles o vendibles a otros clientes una vez devueltos, nos reservamos el derecho de no admitir la devolución, si el producto ha sido manipulado, por ejemplo, por razones de higiene.
