How to change out the Battery Pack.

1. Turn off the device: Always ensure your Garmin Alpha TT25 or T20 is switched off before starting the battery replacement process. This is to prevent any data loss or damage to the device.
2. With a small phillips head screwdriver remove the VHF Antenna Cover then.
3. Remove the Antenna now with a number 6 star bit and remove the 6 battery screws.
4. Make sure and remove the gaskets as the new battery will have one. Also make sure and clean any dirt
5. Applying the new battery. Make sure the new battery fits snug and tighten the 6 screws.We recommend an opposite corner to corner tightening so the battery is tightened evenly.

Remember, it’s recommended to fully charge your new Extended Battery Pack before first use to maximize its performance.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

For Our Custom Name Collars: Any returned name tag collars or leads that have a custom name tag, the refund will have $2.00 deducted from the refund total for each tag, as these are not reusable.

Collar Orders: If the collar is worn or cut a refund will not be issued.

Used:

Any used equipment, unless otherwise stated in the listing, comes with a 30 day warranty. "Used" means it has been used by a consumer, returned to us for various reason(s); we test, clean, reassemble if necessary and resell the item with a 30 day warranty.

Refurbished:

Any Refurbished equipment comes with a 90 day warranty, unless otherwise stated in the listing. These Items have been refurbished by the manufacturer back to new working condition.

Broke:

Any equipment sold under the condition of broken is not eligible for returns. These items are sold for parts only. Broken items are the only items that we do not offer a return service.
