These narrow steel spurs are very similar but not quite identical.

They have long pointed spikes
There are round heel plates part way along each spike.
There is inlaid silver decoration on the heel plates and traces remain on the spikes and arms of the spurs.

Each arm of the spur ends in rectangular slots for straps..
