Ebay now does this through their new "Ebay international shipping program". I don't have any control over this. If you want to buy multiple items please message in advance. I can make a special listing just for you with all of the cards you want all included in one listing with one shipping cost. If you buy multiple cards from different listings Ebay will NOT combine your shipping. By me making you a special listing you will save money on shipping.

My Policy: I obey my policy to the letter. I follow through on everything that is written here. No exceptions and without prejudice. I will not give anybody a pass. This applies to all buyers. Once you hit the "purchase" button on one of my items you are adhering and acknowledging to everything that is written in my policy. It is a legally binding contract between the buyer and seller.
Buyer Resposibility: It is your responsibility to do your due diligence before you purchase my cards. This includes the following:
1. Look at all of my listing pictures and asses card condition for yourself. You can request more pictures. I will send them to you. I will send you as many pictures as you desire.
2. Use Ebay messages to ask any questions or concerns you might have regarding my items or request additional pictures.
If you do not have time to look at pictures or send messages DO NOT buy my items. Please leave my listing immediately and go find another seller. If your the kind of buyer that looks at cards under a microscope once you recieve it and looks for any tiny flaws then complains and wants to return it please DO NOT buy my items. Go find another seller. I don't have time for people like you. I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. If you request a return I will not accept it. It is a waste of my time and money. When I sell an item and after Ebay takes their huge cut I end up losing money on the item most of the time so paying for a return label because a lazy buyer did not do their due diligence is unacceptable. I'm sorry.
I Buy Cards: I'm always buying cards to add to my personal collection. I'm currently only buying marvel cards. Please message me if your looking to sell.
Ebay Messages: I fully welcome you to message me about any questions or concerns you might have. I respond to my messages very quickly. I treat my customers with all of the respect they deserve. Please do not use threats or profanity or you’ll be reported to Ebay.
Card Pictures: All of my pictures are of the actual card(s) that you will receive. Ebay gives me a limit of 24 pictures per listing. I try my best to take the best pictures. If you need additional pictures to decide on a purchase you can message me through Ebay messages and I will send them to you.
Card Condition: I try my best to detail any card flaws but I am human and it is possible that I miss some of them. Therefore it’s really important that you thoroughly inspect the card pictures and asses card condition for yourself. Ask any questions or concerns prior to purchase or bidding because I don’t accept returns. All sells are final. I’m willing to send you additional card pictures upon request.
Card Protector: You are buying my card(s) and not the card protector. I am not a card protector supply store. My job is to make sure your card arrives to you safely. I try to use new top loaders but sometimes I run out and I have to use old ones. Please ask me any questions regarding how your card will be protected during delivery process before a purchase. I've NEVER had a card get damaged during delivery process. Look up my feedback.
Auctions: I have gotten numerous requests to do more auctions from my repeat buyers. Don't worry. You ask and I SHALL DELIVER!!! I will work my way up to doing 1 auction a week ending on a Sunday. Then it will be 2 a week ending on a Sunday and Saturday. Give me a little patience and I will get there.
Shipping: I ship out all my cards on a daily basis to insure you get your purchase as fast as possible unless I’m on vacation. If I’m on vacation there will be a notice in my listing to inform you. I offer combined shipping in order to save you as much money as possible. Once I ship out your item it is out of my control when you will receive it. USPS delays are possible and out of my control.
Shipping Method: My desired shipping method is on my listing item. Look under “shipping”. Please ask me any shipping questions you might have before you purchase or bid on an item. I might be able to accommodate a shipping alternative prior to purchase.
Shipping Charge: If my shipping charge is free through "Ebay standard envolope" and you have feedback stating that you have a history of reporting "items not received" you must pay an additional $4.75 for USPS first class. No exceptions. If you've already paid for my item and it's free shipping through "Ebay standard envolope" and you have feedback indicating you claim "item not received" I have the right to cancel your order and block you from purchasing or bidding on my items permanently.
International Shipping: Ebay is currently handling all international shipping. If you buy from me I will send your item to an Ebay hub first located here in the United States. Ebay will inspect the item to make sure it the correct and then they will ship it to you. Questions regarding how Ebay ships from their hub and how long they take need to be directed at Ebay. Please call their customer service number. If the service gets discontinued then the next statement becomes true:
I’m open to international shipping. Please message me for a quote. Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. These charges may or may not apply to you. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts". US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Payments: Payment is required within 3 days of winning a bid or accepting my offer. If for some reason you can’t pay within 3 days please message me and I might extend the days required to pay. I’m sympathetic because I’ve been through unforeseen experiences or circumstances myself. Buyers who don’t pay will be permanently blocked from buying or bidding on my items and will be reported to Ebay.
Item Prices: My prices are not set in stone. I might be able to be a little flexible depending on the circumstances. If you want to buy multiple items or your a repeat buyer I'm more inclined to give you a discount. Don't be afraid. Message me and I will try to work something out with you.
Sold Items: I sell my items on a first come first serve basis. I don't play favoritism towards anybody. Every single one of my buyers are equal to me. If I send or message you an offer for an item that your interested in and another buyer jumps in and buys it because you took too long on the purchase I can't do anything to help you. I'm sorry. Please DO NOT ask me to cancel another buyers purchase. I can't do that. My cards sell quickly which means that if your seriously interested in my item you need to act fast. You snooze and you lose.
Item Not Received: If you did not receive my items because of issues involving your local post office I will permanently block you from purchasing or bidding on my items. Even though it is not your fault or mine I can not afford to lose cards and issue a refund. I end up losing money on most of my cards when I sell them. I sell them at a price that is lower than my original purchase price. Every time this happens it’s catastrophic for me. Sorry. I will also write this information in your feedback review in order to inform future possible sellers of the possible danger of selling and shipping to you.
Card Quality: Every single card I sell is 100% authentic and real. I do not handle fakes or reprints. I’ve been dealing with Marvel cards for over 38 years so I’m very well knowledgeable.
Return Policy: I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. Therefore it is important that you ask all of your questions and you request all of the additional pictures you need prior to purchase.
Return Request: There is no need for any buyer to open a return request against me because everything is spelled out here in my policy. Doing so will result in me permanently blocking you from purchasing my items, leaving you a negative feedback, and me rejecting your request to the fullest of my abilities.
Feedback: Positive feedback is always welcomed and appreciated. If your unsatisfied with your purchase please reach out to me through Ebay messages before you leave neutral or negative feedback so I can try to fix it. I always wait to leave my buyers feedback until after they receive their items and they first post their feedback. This gives me a chance to respond accordingly.
Theft: Any lifting of my images, pictures or titles will be reported immediately to Ebay. I take theft of my original property very seriously. Plagiarism will not be tolerated.
