The Nomad 27 Solar Panel from GoalZero is a folding 27W output 8-panel solar array. This solar panel system can directly charge small electronics such as smart phones and GPS units or compatible GoalZero battery packs. It does not have its own internal battery, so it cannot store any of the power it produces. With four steel grommets, the Nomad 27 is easy to hang from a tent, on a porch or a backpack. Three steel stiffening rods slide into pockets on the back to hold the panel open and flat to allow precise positioning relative to the Sun.
