I personally make each dog collar by hand, resulting in unique, soft and durable pieces that you will treasure

·       My dog collars are all made from cotton fabrics that were carefully chosen for suitability from my local fabric shops. 

·       Fabric is pre-washed to minimize shrinkage issues then carefully cut to best take advantage of design placement.  

·       Paying attention to the small details, matching thread is used and stress points are reinforced with multiple rows of stitching.  

·       I do my best to mail out your purchase within a day or two of receiving your order,  you should receive your new collar within a week of completing your purchase by US Mail, tracking number will be provided

·       Sorry, but no international orders will be accepted

CARE & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

·       Hand wash in warm soapy water (dishsoap works well) .   Lay flat or hang to dry.  Bleach is not recommended as it may fade the fabric

·       Check regularly for buckle slippage and adjust collar fit as needed

·       Cotton fabric may fade and stretch over time. Inspect and adjust buckles as needed to ensure proper fit.

·       Discontinue use and replace if damaged to protect your pet’s safety.

·       Do not use for dogs left on a ‘tie-out’ or dogs that pull hard on their leashes. 

·       These collars are soft but durable; please be mindful that your pet’s safety is ultimately your responsibility

·       Buyer assumes all responsibility
