The pouch has NEVER BEEN OPENED, and the pouch has a tag stitched on that reads: TEXAS Quarter (P) 50 STATE QUARTERS UNITED STATES MINT (with a copyright date on bottom right 1998). They come in a plain white box (end of the box is dated 2004, and includes a white plastic tray 6” BY 3-3/4”). Uncirculated. Everything is in Very Good Condition and when packed SECURELY for shipping, it weighs 1 pound 13 ounces.
