PSA Graded just VG-EX 4. There are no creases or wrinkles or any other surface flaws of note, and you could pop balloons with these corners. The card was certainly downgraded due to the less than desirable centering. This card is NM 7 all day long, but poorly centered to be sure. A really strong card.
