Please flush the engine before installing a new water pump to remove sediments.
Please Never mix the coolant with Tap water. (Tap water contains minerals that can clog radiator and damage water pump seal).
Please use half/half pre-mix coolant or mix the coolant with distilled water only.

Payment

1. We accept payments from eBay Check out, please make sure that you have an eBay account before purchase.
2. To pay for multiple auctions, successfully win all auctions you wish to purchase and then click the Pay Now button on any of the listings you won. You will only have to checkout and pay once for your entire order.

Shipping

1. 3 business day after payment has been received.

2. We provide an option for combined shipping for multiple items. For combined shipping all you have to do is click the items you need and hold your payment, then request a total through checkout. We will then combine all the items and will send you a combined shipping invoice to pay.

3. All orders will have a tracking number sent via email or eBay message within 1 business day once the order has shipped.

Warranty

1. Bluseal auto parts warrants its parts to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of ONE YEARS from the date of sale to the buyer. Please keep your original purchase receipt. A copy of the receipt would need be presented with all claims.

2. It does not cover labor, damaged from accidents, alterations, misuse or modifications not intended by the manufacturer. All warranty claims must be pre-authorized and returned prepaid to Bluseal auto parts for inspection and approval.

Return

1. Please inspect your product before installation to ensure that you have the correct part for your vehicle.

2. All returns must be applied with 60 days from date of purchase with the copy of original invoice. We accept returns only in "NEW & UNINSTALLED" condition. After 30 days, we can only accept return for exchange on warranty only. You need to have return authorization by contacting us prior to you return.

3. Please note that shipping cost is not refundable.

4. Buyer is responsible for the returning shipping fee.
