Remember we make these guitars by hand. And we don't just make one.  Things like wood grain, texture, and color, may differ slightly than the one pictured. 

CUSTOMS DUTY

Our pricing does not include customs duties. We provide an invoice with a very low value, allowing you to pay little or no customs duties. Please consult your local customs before purchasing our products. If, for some reason, you do not want to pay the customs and send the guitar back to us, you will need to pay $100USD in shipping costs .

How to Make a Return?

f you feel you may just need a part (dial, strings, tuner, etc). We can send you that part to fix the problem.

Please contact customer service at first time to help you solve the problem and give you a best advise(suggest).

- Keep the defective product exactly as it arrived , including packaging. Do not remove any parts or write on the instrument

- Please Re-pack item exactly as it was packaged whether it be single or double boxed. Kindly avoid using Duct Tape

- Please use a package carrier that allows you to insure and track their packages. Such as: FedEX - UPS
