Q. Can I make you an offer to "Buy It Now"?
A. All of our items are listed as regular auctions - there is no "Buy It Now" price and we cannot end the auction early for this. The only way to secure the item is to win the auction - good luck!
Q. Have any repairs been attempted on the device?
A. All of our devices are second hand and arrive in from our suppliers without any information regarding their previous owners. As a result, we cannot say either way whether a previous owner has attempted a repair or carried out any work on the device.
Q. When will my order be dispatched?
A. All orders are dispatched the next working day after payment is received.
Q. How long do I have to pay for my order?
A. If you are the winner of one of our auctions, eBay gives you a maximum of 4 days from the auction end date to pay for the order. If payment is not received by this time, the order is automatically cancelled by eBay and the item will be re-listed for sale.
Q. I missed the 4 day deadline for payment and now my order has been cancelled. Can you allow me to "Buy It Now" or transfer you the money?
A. To be fair and consistent to all of our customers, unfortunately we are unable to do this. We believe that 4 days is ample time to complete your purchase and make payment, so if this deadline is missed the item will be re-listed for general sale.
Q. Does the camera / Touch ID / Face ID / home button work?
A. All known faults and defects will be stated within the product description. Please note as these items are being bought with either a functional or cosmetic defect these items could have a fault that isn't noted but all are listed as accurately as possible.
Q. I don't like the item, can I return it?
A. As this item will be sold as faulty and/or with cosmetic defects, we cannot offer a warranty on this item.We do accept returns within 14days of sale. Please ensure you have viewed the photos/read the listing thoroughly and are happy with the item's condition/faults before bidding.
